Job Profile
• Partner with business to determine its Business HR needs and lead delivery of HR process and systems
• Collaborate with staff functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Comp & Ben, and Employee Services to implement best practices.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition vertical for timely filling up of vacancies across the business.
• Support/Assist business for review of performance appraisals of employees.
• Support/ Assist business in training need identification and coordinate with Learning & Development vertical to deliver the plan
• Coordinate with Employee Services vertical for addressing HR related issues
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits vertical to ensure implementation of C&B processes and address employee queries in agreed time frame.
• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and organizational development initiatives
• Diagnose the potential business issues (People Related) and design appropriate OD intervention to proactively resolve it.
• Be a part of leadership team of each group and own the people strategy metrics ( Hiring, L&D, Attrition etc)
• Communication Champion – Employee communication responsibility – Business update, internal communication

Applicant Profile
Person Should be having HR Ops and HR Generalist experience. Strong Analytical skill and excellant knowledge of Excel tool.
A good exposure for Learning & Development function will be an advantage
