Job Profile
The Director Marketing will be responsible for all aspects of marketing at Subex from advancing its brand identity externally to being responsible for creating and establishing the company's marketing plans and strategies, towards better market recognition, brand positioning, new product positioning and communication.
* Provide marketing leadership. .
* Manage all aspects of marketing for Subex worldwide and establishing its marketing strategy, road map and execute these.
* Oversee communication programs/ campaigns across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions to promote Subex and its products.
* Lead a diverse staffed team to create and oversee cross-regional, integrated marketing campaigns including Corporate Communication, Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations worldwide.
* Drive the Inside Sales and Partner Marketing functions for Subex.
* Oversee all marketing campaigns across regions and mediums via EDMs,, Trade Shows, Webinars, Seminars, Workshops, Advertising (print, online and television), Direct Marketing and Online Promotions.
* Establish Subex's thought leadership around our domains.
* Reponsible for Investor and Trade Press PR.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing strategy for Subex. Support and facilitate development and implementation of annual operating and marketing plans.
* Plan and administer Subex's Marketing budget; support development of regional marketing trough these budgets.
* Oversee Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications and Marketing Operation functions.
3.1 Oversee Strategic Marketing activities through Strategic Marketing Manager including: Marketing initiatives of a strategic nature like branding and corporate positioning.
* Marketing/business analysis; program justification; selection and negotiation with internal and external stake holders;
* Preparing and delivering marketing material and other presentation materials to internal and external audiences; including product brochures, launch packages, and web presence.
* Partner marketing, Sales, Executive management etc in support of their objectives.
3.2 Oversee Product Marketing activities through Product Marketing Manager including:
* Product positioning and market requirement.
* Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
* Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and prospects.
* Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily PLM, Engineering and Sales) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
* Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market product marketing plan, working with all departments to execute.
3.3 Oversee corporate communications activities through Communications Coordinator including:
* External communications
* Internal communications
* Public relations efforts
* External vendors, consultants and analysts
3.4 Oversee Marketing Operations activities through Marketing operations Manager including:
* Field Marketing
* Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.
