Job Profile
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely and communicate as a team member with the headquarters HR team to align company HR initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Partner with Senior Manager, Operations to proactively assess needs and identify and implement tactical and strategic solutions.
• Interact and develop rapport with employees to create a satisfying work environment.
• Create an open door customer service-oriented HR department.
• Ensure a legally compliant and best practice approach to employee relations to encourage the attraction and retention of high-quality employees.
• Provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees in a collaborative and professional manner.
• Implement human resources strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accuracy of HRIS/employee information and employee files.
• Lead the annual performance and salary review process for employees utilizing standard company processes and methodology.
• Manage the visa, travel and accommodation processes for India based employees as well as provide assistance to US based employees traveling to India.
• Manage the recruiting process to ensure accurate job descriptions, cost effective recruiting and appropriate placement, thorough candidate screening, and quality hiring.
• Assess candidate skills, knowledge, and qualifications by performing interviews by telephone and in person.
• Understand and fully comply with laws, regulations, and internal processes, policies and procedures
• Be visible and approachable within the organization while maintaining confidential information and documents.
• Assist in the identification and conduct of employee relations activities.
• Conduct new hire orientation/induction and new hire paperwork.
• Implement employee recognition and rewards program.
• Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
• Be responsible for employee benefits. Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
• Manage human resources-related vendor relationships.
• Having sound knowledge of Employee Statutory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires.
• Liasioning with HR network / Fraternity to keep himself / herself abreast of market trend.
